The venturi works by using liquid flow to draw in and disperse dry powder ingredients directly into the process stream, eliminating the need for manual mixing and significantly reducing dissolution time. The horizontal blender handles larger volume blending where thorough and uniform mixing of ingredients is the priority. Both are manufactured in food grade stainless steel and designed for easy integration into existing processing lines.
